The approach to the practice of law that I fostered at Mann & Associates and continue to champion along with my partners at Mann & Partners, LLP has four basic parts.

Firstly, it is an enjoyable work environment. It is extremely important to my partners and everyone at our firm that each and every employee, associate and partner enjoy coming to work.

Secondly, it is important for us that every client walking in the door feels welcome, at-home, heard, and supported.

Thirdly, we strive to provide top-quality work for our clients. This means using all of our resources to provide the very best support and advice, and answering directly to our clients for any bumps encountered along the way.

Finally, we acknowledge that law is a business which must be run effectively, efficiently, and successfully.
It would appear, however, that when the first three principles are followed, the fourth comes naturally.
