The approach to the practice of law that I fostered at Mann & Associates and continue to champion along with my partners at Mann & Partners, LLP has four basic parts.

I first came to Ottawa in 1987 to join the law firm of Gold Kelly, and to move to a very livable city. Ottawa was a perfect city in which to explore and develop my passions for music, theatre, the outdoors, and, most importantly, the law and its relationship to people.
