Articling Program

ABOUT THE ARTICLING PROGRAMME AT MANN & PARTNERS

The Mann & Partners articling program is set up in an informal rotation system. As such, over the course of their ten (10) month program, the student will be given an opportunity to work in the following areas:

  1. Real Estate
  2. Civil Litigation
  3. Wills & Estates
  4. Corporate/Commercial
  5. Family law

Regardless of which rotation our student is assigned to, if at any given time an opportunity comes up in another section which would be of interest and beneficial to the student’s legal education,  arrangements can be made to allow the student the opportunity to take part in that learning opportunity.

During each of the rotations, a lawyer will be assigned to work with our articling student to mentor them through that particular area of the law, and such mentor will provide ongoing feedback.  In addition, we encourage our student to participate in and attend such CLE programs provided to our lawyers.

Compensation for articling students at Mann & Partners, LLP is very competitive.

We encourage you to review our website to learn more about us and look forward to hearing from you.
