I am a member of the Personal Injury Team at Mann Lawyers LLP. I have been practicing for over 25 years in all aspects of personal injury law, obtaining favourable results for my clients. My practice includes serious motor vehicle accident claims, accident benefit claims, and slip and fall accidents, long-term insurance disability disputes, and medical malpractice.
I have represented clients at all Court levels and before the Ontario Insurance Commission.
I was born and raised in Ottawa. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Ontario. I was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1989.
I also have my Mediator’s designation and have attended in the course of my practice several hundred mediations.
I consider myself a very strong advocate for my clients to help them achieve and obtain the compensation they deserve.
I have served as a Charity Canvasser for the Jewish Federation of Ottawa for a number of years in the Legal Division. I am currently a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
When not working, I love spending time with my wife and our four children. I also like to golf and play tennis. I also consider myself an expert on the show, “Seinfeld” (not that there is anything wrong with that).
