I practice exclusively in family law, representing and advising clients regarding custody, access, support, division of property (equalization), divorce, and domestic contracts, including marriage contracts and separation agreements.
Originally from southwestern Ontario, I hold a Bachelor of Humanities degree from Carleton University and completed my JD at the University of Western Ontario in 2011. I have been practicing law in Ottawa since my call to the bar in 2012. Prior to joining Mann Lawyers in October 2017, I was an associate at Burke-Robertson LLP.
In my spare time, I act as a mentor to students in the Dean's Research & Writing program at the University of Ottawa, providing students with guidance on family law research papers. I have volunteered as a presenter at the Family Court's Mandatory Information Program on numerous occasions, providing information to litigants about family law and court procedure. I also have served as a presenter or facilitator in several continuing professional development programs.
Please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be pleased to meet with you to provide you with advice and review your options.
