Employment and Human Rights Law Newsletter Summer 2011

This first newsletter issue examines a certification of class action for overtime claims in Fulawka v. The Bank of Nova Scotia.  In addition, the newsletter considers when conduct outside of the workplace may lead to termination.  Lastly, this issue looks at a number of recent legislative changes including regulations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
