Kevin practices primarily in the area of personal injury, motor vehicle accident and insurance litigation. He has significant experience representing seriously injured motor vehicle accident victims and in the property and casualty and disability insurance fields. He has also developed a thriving estate litigation practice dealing with power of attorney disputes, will challenges, beneficiary rights and dependent’s relief applications.
Kevin has spent several years as senior legal counsel with private and public sector corporations in the financial services industry before returning to private practice. He also has experience in employment, construction and real estate litigation.
Kevin grew up and went to school in the west end of Ottawa. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) and his LL.B from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999.
He is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the board of a local, not for profit corporation.
When he is not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and their two children, Kendra and Kieran.
