Mimi Marrello practices in the family law practice group at Mann & Partners, LLP.
Mimi is a graduate of the University of Ottawa where she obtained a Bac. in Social Science (with Honours) in 1996 and her LL.B (Cum Laude) in 1999. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2001.
Mimi has focused her practice on litigation with a specific emphasis on family law throughout her career. She assists her clients with issues as custody, access, support and division of property either by commencing or responding to court actions or assisting clients through the process of negotiations and mediation.
Mimi est née dans le Nord de l'Ontario et est une fière Franco-Ontarienne. Elle est parfaitement bilingue et possède les habiletés nécessaires pour représenter ses clients dans les deux langues officielles. Mimi a plaidé devant les tribunaux dans les deux langues à Ottawa, Pembroke, Brockville ainsi qu'à L'Orignal.
Mimi est également impliquée dans plusieurs organismes à but non lucratif tel que l'Association du Barreau du compté de Carleton ainsi que l'Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario (AJEFO).
Mimi is also a board member of the Ottawa Family Services à la famille and is on the planning committee for the Annual Family Law Institute Conference held in Ottawa yearly.
Outside of work, Mimi is busy with her two young girls and is a member of her daughters' school council.
