Lacey Miller, Lawyer
I practice in the Business Law and Real Estate Service Groups at Mann Lawyers. I provide clients with a wide range of services including assisting with business formation, management and governance issues, business acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, contract drafting and review, and general business law in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Additionally, I assist franchisees and franchisors in navigating the complex world of franchise agreements and disclosure requirements.
I graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Business Administration. In 2011, I obtained my J.D. (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. I completed my articles with a national law firm in Ottawa, prior to being called to the Bar in 2012. I am currently completing a certificate in Social Media Compliance Management at Algonquin College. I am a member of the County of Carleton Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
I am a self-proclaimed foodie. I often spend my weekends scouring Ottawa for the next best restaurant. As a National Arts Centre subscriber, I also enjoy attending the theatre and orchestra with my husband.
I truly believe that each business is unique, and would be pleased to learn more about your business and to provide legal services tailored to meet its needs. To get in touch with me, please send me an email or give me a call.
