Best Places to Work 2025

Mann Lawyers has been named a recipient of the Best Places to Work 2025 award from the Ottawa Business Journal and Ottawa Board of Trade.

The annual awards program, which dates back almost 15 years, invites local organizations to complete in-depth employer questionnaires and conduct employee engagement surveys.

Managed by the Workforce Research Group in partnership with OBJ and the Board of Trade, this year’s program saw dozens of organizations participate, with more than 1,300 employees sharing input. The top-20 companies are recognized as Best Places to Work.

“The research is very clear. Organizations that are employee-focused with high levels of engagement outpace their competitors and they’re far more resilient,” says OBJ publisher Michael Curran. “Getting named a Best Place to Work is a major accomplishment. It sends a signal to the community that these organizations get it.”
