Our Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Mann Lawyers has an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, which supports our Firms’ mission, vision, and values by providing essential input into the promotion of equity, diversity, and inclusion at all stages of employment (including recruitment, retention, promotion, retirement, etc.), ensuring that EDI is conscious, consistent, and integrated into all that we do, and by researching, sourcing, and acquiring EDI initiatives consistent with those values.
Our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee consists of dedicated team members from all types of roles in the office. When a position on the Committee becomes available, team members will be afforded the opportunity to join the Committee with the view to ensuring the Committee contains adequate representation from the varying roles and levels of seniority in the Firm.
