I practice in the areas of Business Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates, working with entrepreneurs, corporations, families, and individuals to provide practical legal advice tailored to their unique goals and circumstances. Whether I am assisting a business owner with an incorporation, shareholder agreement, commercial transaction, or ongoing corporate matters, or helping an individual develop a comprehensive estate plan, I strive to provide clear, thoughtful guidance that enables my clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
My approach is to take the time to understand each client’s objectives before developing practical, effective solutions, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process. I believe that strong client relationships are built on communication, responsiveness, and trust, and I work to make every legal matter approachable and easy to understand.
In my Business Law practice, I assist clients with business formation and governance, business purchases and sales, commercial contracts, and commercial leasing. My Wills and Estates practice includes preparing wills and powers of attorney, assisting with estate planning and trust planning, and advising executors and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Carleton University, completing a double major in Law and English (with distinction). I earned my Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa (cum laude).
Outside of the office, you’ll find me playing volleyball, hiking with my dog, running, or cycling.
