I am a lawyer in Mann Lawyers’ Business Law Group, where I advise businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. My practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset purchase transactions, as well as corporate reorganizations, governance, commercial agreements, and general business law issues.

I work with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, helping them navigate complex transactions and day-to-day legal matters with practical, business-minded advice. I take pride in developing a strong understanding of my clients’ businesses and objectives, allowing me to provide responsive, practical, and solutions-focused legal advice tailored to their unique needs.

I obtained my JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2024, where I specialized in business law. During law school, I co-founded the Schulich Disability Alliance, an organization dedicated to improving accessibility and inclusion for law students. I also had the opportunity to study internationally, earning a Certificate of International Business Law through Queen’s University’s program at Bader College in the United Kingdom and completing my final semester at the University of Houston Law Center.

Before law school, I attended the University of Windsor, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science with distinction. While completing my degree, I played varsity football and operated my own small automotive painting business.

Outside the office, I am actively involved in the local Ottawa football community as a coach with the Ottawa Sooners (CJFL) and the Cumberland Panthers (OSFL). I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Detroit Lions.
