Join the CBA Environmental Energy and Resources Law Summit where attendees will be exploring the opportunities, challenges, various perspectives (including Indigenous), and potential legal pitfalls (including litigation risks and regulatory quandaries) associated with recent legislative and policy initiatives designed to expedite the development of major projects such as ports, mines and energy projects. Environmental law continues to evolve in response to emerging risks, scientific developments, and shifting regulatory and litigation landscapes. This panel will survey current hot topics shaping environmental law in Canada, including recent developments in PFAS-related litigation and other timely issues of interest to practitioners.
