Join the CBA Environmental Energy and Resources Law Summit where attendees will be exploring the opportunities, challenges, various perspectives (including Indigenous), and potential legal pitfalls (including litigation risks and regulatory quandaries) associated with recent legislative and policy initiatives designed to expedite the development of major projects such as ports, mines and energy projects.
