Our Approach

Public Law and Regulatory disputes typically involve the conduct of the government in relation to its policies or broader legal principles.

Our Commercial Litigation group has extensive experience representing clients before a variety of boards, commissions, administrative tribunals, and the courts, including the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. We also advise administrative tribunals and governments in relation to administrative law issues.

In respect of Not-For-Profit Corporations, our Commercial Litigation group has broad experience assisting clients with disputes involving contract disputes, governance, internal decision making, liability, risk management, and more.
