We act for manufacturers, distributors, re-sellers, licensees, licensors, dealerships and agents in a variety of claims relating to distribution agreements and agency arrangements including product supply issues, delay, non-competition, non-solicitation, good faith obligations, contractual rights, cancellation/termination, and product liability.

In addition, we represent franchisees and franchisors in a variety of disputes including defaults, terminations, restrictive covenants, fiduciary duties and good faith, duress, and the Arthur Wishart Act.
