Condominium Representation

After a condominium is declared, the Condo Board members will discuss issues that arise and make decisions for the benefit of all the condo owners. At times, new Condo By-Laws are required, or an Amendment to the Declaration or existing By-Laws is needed.

At times, the Condo Board will need assistance from a law firm, to advise them on legal issues affecting the condominium.  The team at Mann Lawyers have experience with Standard Condominiums and Common Element Condominiums, and would be able to provide the guidance required to condominium corporations
