Heather Austin-Skaret's practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions and her legal skills are highly recommended by some of Ottawa's leading real estate agents and mortgage brokers, and she is a Certified TitlePlus Specialist.
Kevin practices primarily in the area of motor vehicle and insurance litigation. He has significant experience representing seriously injured motor vehicle accident victims and in the property and casualty and disability insurance fields. He has also developed a thriving estate litigation practice dealing with power of attorney disputes, will challenges, beneficiary rights and dependent’s relief applications.
Stephen is a recent addition to the Mann & Partners, LLP team, joining the firm as counsel in 2011. For more than 36 years, Stephen has provided expert legal services to the Eastern Ontario public. The three pillars of Stephen's practice are real estate, corporations and wills and estates. In the real estate field, he is particularly recognized for his expertise in land development matters, including subdivision and condominium work on behalf of builders and developers. Stephen has also practised extensively in the field of municipal law.
Colleen is a member of Mann & Partner’s civil litigation group. Her areas of practice include employment and human rights law; general civil and commercial litigation; and personal injury.
David is a 2008 graduate of the University of Ottawa’s French common law program. David originally joined Mann and Partners, LLP as an articling student in 2009 and thereafter as a lawyer in the litigation group of the firm. He has now joined the solicitor’s group, practicing primarily in real estate law.
Russell MacCrimmon's litigation practice focuses primarily on labour and employment law. Russell prides himself on providing practical, direct and honest advice to clients.
Ted Mann has successfully built a strong commercial & residential legal practice, helping individuals with wills, estate matters and real estate issues, in addition to helping small and medium sized businesses with advice.
Mimi Marello practices in the family law practice group at Mann & Partners, LLP.
Mimi is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (B.Sc. Soc. Honours, 1996) and obtained her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law with distinction in 1999. Mimi was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2001.
André Martin is an integral member of the business law team at Mann & Partners, LLP. His practice areas include corporate and commercial law, business acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, franchise law for both Franchisors and Franchisees, financing, private company securities law, technology law & licensing, and general business law.
Nigel McCready uses his skills in civil litigation to assist people and businesses in a variety of matters, including landlord and tenant conflicts, home defect claims (including unexpected basement leaks), and contract disputes.
Jason is a recent addition to the team at Mann & Partners. After completing his articles with the firm and being called to the Bar in 2010, he joined Mann & Partners as an associate. Jason enjoys interacting with his clients and providing them with practical and timely legal advice. His practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate, as well as corporate/commercial law.
Erin concentrates her practice on matters involving the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board as well as other employment and labour related legal disputes. Erin brings a methodical yet practical approach to helping the firm’s clients resolve their legal issues.
Sarah is pleased to be the 2011-12 articling student at Mann & Partners, LLP. Sarah is enthusiastically learning about a variety of practice areas in her rotation through Family law, Civil Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, Wills & Estates, and Real Estate. The firm’s supportive environment is providing her with a meaningful learning experience about the practical and professional aspects of becoming a lawyer.
Daniella Sicoli-Zupo has practiced in the areas of family law, real estate law, and wills and estates law. Her practice is now primarily focused on residential real estate law.
Caspar van Baal divides his practice between family law and personal injury law. He assists clients seeking fair and just compensation for injuries sustained in automobile or other accidents, and Caspar also helps clients on family law issues.
Kathleen is a member of the family law and litigation departments at Mann & Partners. Kate can advise clients of the firm on various aspects of family law including property division, custody and access matters, support issues and domestic contracts.
